Growth Marketing Manager

You own how CrownTrust is found. Our clients are international professionals and overseas Vietnamese researching a Vietnamese property purchase from abroad — a careful audience that reads everything twice. Your job is to reach them with work that survives that scrutiny: content, campaigns, and channels that inform rather than shout.

You report to our Director of Growth and work directly with the founding team. This is a hands-on role — you plan it and you ship it.

• Own the marketing calendar end to end — content, email, paid, and community channels in English and Vietnamese.
• Grow qualified consultation bookings — bookings, not impressions, is the number you answer for.
• Build our presence in the communities our clients already trust — expat and Việt Kiều groups, EuroCham and AmCham events.
• Write and edit long-form content on Vietnamese property law, ownership, and the East HCMC market — with our legal partner checking every claim.
• Report monthly on what worked, what didn’t, and what we stop doing.

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing; real-estate, financial, or legal services a strong plus.
• Native-level English writing; professional Vietnamese a strong plus.
• Comfort being accountable to a pipeline number, not a content quota.
• A portfolio of work you’d stand behind if a lawyer read it.
