Our office is at Global City
We’re in East Ho Chi Minh City — the district our clients buy in, not a tower on the other side of the river. When your unit needs an inspection, a meeting with building management, or a defect chased for the fourth time, that’s a short drive for us, not a flight for you.
It’s also why we’re careful with the word independent. We work in the market we advise on, and developers in it pay us. Being close by is an operational advantage. It is not a claim to neutrality, and we won’t dress it up as one.
